Landscapes by Evgeniya Kashina, painted in Zaraysk, at the exhibition of Russian artists at the Municipal Theatre of Corfu, Corfu, Kerkyra, Greece, 2016

In September 2016, as part of the "At the Crossroads of Nations and Cultures" project, an exhibition of Russian artists was held on the island of Corfu (Kerkyra), Greece. The exhibition was organized by the Society for Friendship and Cultural Relations with Greece and Cyprus "FILIA" (SFILIA) and its representative, Marina Kuznetsova, and was held in the building of the Corfu Municipal Theatre.

The Deputy Mayor of Corfu, television, and other government officials were guests of honor at the exhibition.

Participants in the exhibition included Elena Alekseeva-Baranovskaya, Tatyana Alysheva, Evgenia Kashina, Klarissa Lonshakova, Natalia Schastlivaya, Tatyana Orlova, Svetlana Romanenkova, and others. Petr Panchenko, Valery Morozov, Ekaterina Shirokova, Marina Kezina, Valeria Vinnichenko, Irina Vinnichenko, Tina Sharsh. Marina Kuznetsova, Executive Secretary of the ODKS "FILIA," opened the exhibition and introduced the artists to the evening's guests.

Evgenia Kashina presented four paintings, painted en plein air in Zaraysk, at the exhibition in Greece. The en plein air was organized by the Association of Artist-Teachers of Moscow and the Moscow Region in July 2016.

Also during a trip to Kerkyra (Corfu), and later inspired by it, Evgenia Kashina painted a series of paintings dedicated to the Greek islands.
